Collective Grief: Navigating the Loss of Loved Ones and Our Every Day Lives
As we move our way through this COVID-19 world and the coming months, something that we all need to acknowledge and let ourselves sit in is this feeling of grief. Mourning the loss of a life that has to change, at least for the time being. This meditation touches on how we have lost our freedom to be in the world the way we are used to being in it and the very real loss of life some of you are experiencing with the death of loved ones. Allowing ourselves to truly mourn the loss we are experiencing is how we can move through it and find our way to acceptance.
