

Guided Body Scan Meditation
This meditation is to support you if you are feeling anxious, especially given the recent transition many of you are making to working from home with the kids around. The kids can join in too! I prompt you to do a scan of your body starting with your feet with the intention of leaving you relaxed and focused for the rest of the day. You can conduct this body scan as many times you like throughout the day. I typically do one in the morning and then again before bed.
