Learning to Forgive Ourselves

One of the hardest things I’ve had to do is learn to forgive myself for not being perfect. For not showing up the way I thought I was supposed to as a mother, as a friend, as whatever it is I was trying show up for in a particular moment. This meditation is my attempt at allowing us space to forgive ourselves for not meeting our standard of perfect all the time. And, in turn, forgive those around us for also not being perfect. I gave this one around Mother’s Day but since every day is Mother’s Day for Kay Perkins, I thought this one could still be helpful to all of you.
